Maxim Girl Rachel Perry 01

Born on January 20, 1976, in Brockville, Ontario, Rachel Perry was a ham as a toddler, always ready to pose for her adoring fans (i.e. her loving family). By the age of 6, she had already made her first appearance on television, in the miniseries Little Gloria... Happy at Last.

Perry dabbled in several other VH1 programs, including VH1 News and Jump Start. In 2003, she hosted the WB's Pepsi Smash concert event and was featured in Maxim magazine before hosting the Maxim the Real Swimsuit DVD, Vol 1 DVD. Perry has also been featured in Stuff and took time from Top 20 Countdown to be the face of Strip Search, a VH1 reality show.

Though there was a large gap between this initial acting breakthrough and her next significant role, Perry always held the objective of achieving recognizable success. She was not convinced that television was the right medium, however, and so she concentrated on her studies. While working part-time as an attendant at a gas station, she attended Toronto's York University and then went on to study at the University of Northumbria in England.

"I think every woman should have a one-night stand... If it's done right, it can be liberating. Women are more likely to have sex and fall in love, which can be tough because that's not the way men work. But if we know before that we're just going out to have sex and then ditch the guy, it can be fun." - Rachel Perry

Owner of one of the tightest bodies we've seen, Rachel Perry puts the h-o-t in TV host. Her petite body, cute face and long brown hair add to a look that is simultaenously "girl next door" and "exotic dancer." Finally, tattoos on her back and either hip make us dizzy with wonder at whether there is more body art on other, more interesting, parts of her figure.

Rachel Perry's career as TV VJ and host began at Toronto-based music station MuchMusic, where she worked as emcee and interviewer for various music-related programs. Following her tour of duty with "Much," Rachel moved to New York City and was soon recruited by VH1. Before long, she was hosting Top 20 Countdown on the popular music channel, and also worked on its All Access program.
